I am so tired of this

the channels are all switched, if you want to watch something on channel 1 you have to look for it on TVC, or NTV etc, they all messed up, and no one cares, all they do is colleciting payments on time
I have been with this company before, due to a horrible service unsubscribed
Recently decided to try them again, and see that nothing has changed
have sent them an email, don't think anyone will reply
